anotherveronicatoday i am 20, so i am now allowed to say DAMN TEENAGERS! with total impunity. on the other hand, i can no longer pull that whole "but i'm a teenager! i don't know any better!" thing.
true story, the first birthday i celebrated on the eljays was my 14th. so i've been kicking around for a while now.
speaking of being 14, as an early birthday celebration, i went to austin and saw Franz Ferdinand on saturday night. mean age of the crowd: tenth grade. me: standing on some steps in the back with the boyperson and his whiskey-and-coke, watching everyone jump up and down like the floor was a trampoline. it was awesome. i had this big stupid grin on my face the whole time.
